The movie tries to build in a little suspense, but it has some awkward lines and acting moments. The extreme violence, foul language, sex, and nudity make for an abhorrent combination. The extreme nude scene destroys what little credibility the rest of the movie tries to build with an attempt at providing a more interesting plot with more interesting characters. The movie is already playing to the lowest common denominator with plenty of graphic, R-rated horror violence. The extreme nude scene shows that the filmmakers are really just interested in the shock value they can generate while trying to put live bodies into theater seats. The movie opens in a small coal town in Pennsylvania. The lone survivor of a mine accident, Harry Warden, is in a coma. The old sheriff eventually shoots Harry in the mine, but his body is never found.
